From the Northern/Southern parts of Manhattan: The M101, M102, and M103 bus lines run north and south along Lexington Avenue and stop at 77th Street. From there, walk south on Lexington Avenue to 74th Street, turn right toward Park Avenue, and continue one block to 784 Park Avenue. From across town: The M66 Crosstown bus runs east–west across Manhattan and stops at Park Avenue and 66th Street. From there, walk north along Park Avenue to 73rd Street to reach 784 Park Avenue.
The 6 train stops at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue, about a short walk from the clinic. Exit at 77th Street, walk south on Lexington Avenue to 74th Street, turn right toward Park Avenue, and continue one block to 784 Park Avenue. The Q train also stops nearby at 72nd Street and 2nd Avenue, about a 10-minute walk to the clinic.
The Metro-North Railroad runs from Connecticut and Westchester County into Grand Central Terminal (www.mta.info/mnr)
Directions from Grand Central: Take the 6 subway line uptown to 77th Street. Exit at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue, walk south on Lexington Avenue to 74th Street, turn right toward Park Avenue, and continue one block to 784 Park Avenue.
Trains from New Jersey (NJ Transit – www.njtransit.com) and Amtrak trains from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions arrive in Manhattan at New York Penn Station (www.amtrak.com)
Directions from Penn Station: You can reach the clinic in two ways
• Take a city taxi or rideshare to 784 Park Avenue (approximately 15–20 minutes depending on traffic).
• Take the E subway line to Lexington Avenue / 53rd Street, transfer to the 6 train uptown to 77th Street, then walk to 784 Park Avenue.
JFK airport
Taxi: Yellow cabs and rideshare services operate between the airport and Manhattan. Direct the driver to 784 Park Avenue (between 73rd and 74th Street).
Train/Subway: Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station, then transfer to the E subway line toward Manhattan. Exit at Lexington Avenue / 53rd Street and transfer to the 6 train uptown to 77th Street. Walk south on Lexington Avenue to 74th Street, turn right toward Park Avenue, and continue one block to 784 Park Avenue.
LaGuardia Airport
Taxi: Yellow cabs or other private cabs operate between the airport and the city. Direct the driver to 784 Park Avenue (between 73rd and 74th Street).
Bus/Subway: Take the Q70 bus to Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue, then transfer to the 7 subway line toward Manhattan. At Grand Central, transfer to the 6 train uptown to 77th Street, then walk to 784 Park Avenue.
Newark Airport
Taxi: Taxis and rideshare services operate between Newark Airport and Manhattan. Direct the driver to 784 Park Avenue (between 73rd and 74th Street).
Train/Subway: Take the AirTrain to Newark Airport Station, then board NJ Transit to New York Penn Station. From Penn Station you can reach the clinic in two ways
