Egg Bank Guarantee

Recipients are guaranteed at least one (1) blastocyst embryo. Guarantee does not apply to results of embryos tested for gender or any other PGD.

All eggs will be fertilized at the same time. You will receive a replacement batch (six (6) eggs from the same donor or a new one) if all the eggs degenerate after thaw or if nothing reaches blastocyst after fertilization. We will only honor a replacement for the donor eggs once.

(a) If the replacement batch still does not result in, at least, one (1) blastocyst, we will charge a discounted price for additional eggs.

(b) If one or two egg(s) degenerate/s after thaw, you will not get a replacement.

Should you get a negative pregnancy result after the first transfer and you still have extra frozen embryos, we will continue to transfer in the next cycle. If you do not have any embryos left and wish to purchase more eggs, you will be charged applicable fees.
