New Hope Fertility Center Coronavirus Q&A

Yes, New Hope will remain open and available to you. Our Columbus Circle main office will remain open for your convenience and care.

Yes, New Hope Fertility is open and here for you. You are welcome to come to our office and meet with our doctors for a consultation. However, if you prefer to access our innovative fertility treatments from home, we offer initial consultations by Skype or Zoom and our world-class At-Home IVF kit. You can enjoy the convenience and comfort of your own home as you pursue your journey to a happy and healthy family.
Should you believe that you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or be diagnosed with Coronavirus, please do not come to our office. Contact your physician or a nurse at New Hope Fertility as soon as possible for advice on how to proceed. If you cannot proceed with a cycle due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, you will be able to begin again at a later date and you will receive credit for any part of the cycle for which you have paid.
We are open today and fully intend to be open for our patients for the foreseeable future. This is, however, a rapidly evolving situation so please consult with your physician or nurse to confirm that your transfer will take place as scheduled.
We believe that it is safe to come to the office. New Hope Fertility keeps up-to-date with all guidelines and recommendations from medical societies and government offices. We have implemented all precautions that are appropriate for an independent, stand-alone fertility center. From our inception in 2004, we have always insisted on thorough and frequent hand-washing and we have always had Purell hand sanitizers at every desk and workstation. In addition, we have always had our own housekeeping staff who do an excellent job of keeping our offices spotless and sanitary.
New Hope Fertility has 3 floors of expansive waiting area space allowing our patients to maintain a safe social distance while waiting to be seen. With a minimum of 1,000 square feet on each of the three floors, our patients can maintain a safe distance while waiting to be seen.

At-Home IVF
allows you, where appropriate, to pursue fertility treatment from the comfort of your home, with very minimal office visits. Your initial consultation can be done by teleconference and we can review your medical records without any office visits. You will receive a kit which contains everything that you will need up until your egg retrieval. All required medications and testing is contained in the kit, along with easy-to-follow instructions. Should you need further explanation or instruction, you can always speak with a physician or nurse without ever leaving your home. Call for a consult to see if At-Home IVF is right for you.
At-Home IVF is only available from New Hope Fertility Center. We are proud to say that we have had many women successfully use our kits. At-Home IVF is offered on a case-to-case basis. Please contact New Hope Fertility Center to find out if At-Home IVF is right for you.

Yes, we are currently offering complimentary virtual consultations.

At the current time, due to high demand, and to protect the health of our staff, at-home visits are limited and available only in Manhattan. We hope to offer home visits to a much broader area in the near future.
