• Discuss Surrogacy Agencies to assist with matching
• Financial counseling services (for New Hope Program Costs)
• Schedule psychological counseling
• Complete FDA donor eligibility screening for intended parents
• Freeze sperm

Step 2 - Intended Parent Preparation

• Plan IVF Schedule
• Plan egg retrieval for patient or egg donor

Step 3 - Gestational Carrier Preparation

• Screening of Gestational Carrier
• Preparation for Embryo Transfer
• Frozen Embryo Transfer

Step 4 - Finishing Up

• Pregnancy test
• Prenatal care
• Delivery
• Final legal paperwork (i.e. birth certificate)

Total Costs

Total costs will depend on the surrogacy agency you use, but for medical, IVF, and other program charges, please refer to our financial information section. Intended parents should expect to spend $80,000 to $100,000+ for everything (medical, legal, insurance, miscellaneous fees, etc.). We will do our best to help make sure that you fully understand all of your options.
