Prior to your initial consultation we will contact your insurance provider to get a comprehensive understanding of your fertility coverage and discuss it with you during your initial visit. If you decide to proceed, we will also obtain all pre-authorizations required and file all in-network claims paperwork for you.
You should also know that some state laws require that insurance providers cover fertility care, but each state's requirements are unique. These laws vary by state, please visit the American Society of Reproductive Medicine's (ASRM) website for more detail.
If you do not have IVF coverage, please be advised that many insurance companies can and may deny payment for your ovarian monitoring, including visits, blood tests and/or sonograms if the treatment is in preparation for an IVF cycle. Please see a list of the insurances we accept below:
