We specialize in Mini-IVFTM & Natural Cycle IVF treatments, because these more natural, gentle treatments achieve pregnancy rates similar to Conventional IVF without the excessive use of injectable IVF drugs. We know that the quality of your IVF experience is central to your ability to complete a course of treatment, which is why we offer gentle, supportive treatments that you can live with.
Under Conventional IVF nearly 40% of women opt out of their treatment, not because they no longer want a child, but because of the immense physical and emotional toll of their treatment. Conventional IVF requires daily injections (20-50 shots per cycle), which may result in discomfort, hyper-stimulation ovarian bloating, increased proportion of eggs with genetic abnormalities, and potentially adverse health effects, such as ovarian cancer. Dr. Zhang is also a pioneer in Human Nuclear Transfer or Oocyte Reconstruction, a technique that holds promise in age-related female infertility and human genetics. Our State-of-the-Art, Hi-Tech Lab
New Hope Fertility Center and its partners are the world's pacesetters in new fertility technology. Personally designed by our Medical Director, Dr. Zhang, our IVF laboratories are among the most modern in the New York City area & one of the first to introduce Laser-Assisted Hatching, which prevents chemicals from damaging embryo cells. New Hope Fertility Center's researchers and their partners also developed the Vitrification (freezing) technique, a new approach to long-term embryo & egg freezing for fertility preservation, which is our chosen method of cryopreservation at the Center. Further, New Hope Fertility's experience in blastocyst freezing is unmatched anywhere in the world. The quality of the laboratory environment is one of the most important factors in producing good quality embryos, which, in turn, increases the chance of pregnancy. For this reason, we use a triple gas filtration system, which provides the highest quality air among IVF centers in the New York City area. We are also one of the few centers where unique mini-incubators are used. This technology is vital in recreating a more natural and stable environment outside of a woman's reproductive system.
