Medical Receptionist

Looking for an outgoing, capable and organized receptionist for a high volume – growing office to begin training immediately. One or two years experience as a receptionist is preferred.

Tasks will include answering multi-line phones, greeting patients, processing charts, accepting co-payments and scheduling appointments.

Applicants should have a pleasant demeanor, be dependable, able to multi-task, be a team player and computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, ability to type 50 words per minute or better. Knowledge of Lytec and DOC is appreciated. Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is a plus.

Duties: Use advanced methodologies of Andrology, Embryology and Endocrinology in human fertility research and handle quality control and assurance. Micromanipulation involving ICSI, embryo biopsy, assisted hatching and nuclear transfer. IVF-ET. Oocyte and embryo cryopreservation using vitrification. Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis. Conduct clinical trials with IRB ethical committee approval. Evaluate data. Monitor progress & update clinicians on finding.

This is a full-time position at our Park Avenue location 5 days a week, M-F.

Patient Coordinator (Donor Program)

New Hope Fertility Center is looking for a bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) Patient Coordinator for their Egg Donor/ Third Party Reproduction Department.

Duties: This is a full-time position at our beautiful Columbus Circle location 5 days a week, M-F. Job duties are centered around patients so good interpersonal skills, clear communication and meticulous organization is a must. This position also involves screening potential donors, conducting consults, and administrative tasks such as filing, answering emails/ phone calls, scheduling appointments and travel (when necessary).

Ideal candidate is:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English language
  • Has a college degree (BA/BS or equivalent)
  • Experience working at a medical office or corporate environment
  • Comfortable speaking to patients and willing to learn medical protocols
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
