Dr. Diana Chavkin is a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility who is committed to helping women become pregnant. She offers patient-centered, compassionate treatments for individuals who want to begin or add to their families, with a focus on personalized care. Dr. Chavkin has a special interest in working with women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis and in improving IVF protocols, especially for women with diminished ovarian reserve and women with advanced age. She offers egg freezing and other options for women who wish to preserve their fertility for either social/elective reasons or in the setting of a cancer diagnosis.

Dr. Chavkin earned her medical degree from New York University. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and her sub-specialty fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her medical training, she graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a degree in Psychology and History. She also received Phi Beta Kappa while taking her pre-medical courses. She also worked as a middle school math and science teacher in New York City Public Schools where she honed her compassionate and educational approach to healthcare.

Double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Chavkin has authored research papers published in peer-reviewed journals as well as book chapters in reproductive endocrinology. She is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
